The future electric Dodge Charger will have a top-of-the-line version with 885 horsepower

The 2025 Dodge Charger, a new model that will replace the sports car in the American brand line, will have a top-of-the-line electric engine with more than 800 horsepower, according to the Motor Vehicle website.

Although the model is not only electric, because there will also be models mixed with electric motors, these electric pictures are really encouraging, and show that models like Tesla will be ill head quickly forward.

The Charger EV should have three power levels. Both models will operate at 400 volts, and the top will operate at 800 volts. The first will only have an electric motor that drives the rear wheels.

The mid-range and top-of-the-line versions will have two electric motors, meaning they will have all-wheel drive.

The entry-level electric Charger, which will logically be more expensive than the combustion model, with an in-line six-cylinder Hurricane engine, should have around 400 horsepower.

The average model will have 670 horsepower, still operating at 400 volts. And the top-of-the-line version with 800 volt architecture will have an insane 885 horsepower.

It is worth noting that this is something new in the world of electric cars, as a competitive model already in the market, which has equal power, usually there are three electric motors, not two.

This is the case of the Hummer EV, Tesla Model S Plaid and Lucid Air Sapphire.

The electric phones mentioned above can also be changed, as in electric cars, they can be installed very easily, just change the current.

Talking a little about the Charger with the hurricane engine, it is speculated that it will have around 420 horsepower in a cheaper version, and 510 horsepower in another, expensive version.

However, it is clear that the Charger will have good performance, no matter which version the buyer chooses.
