Anatel identifies instability in internet and phone services in more than 20 cities in SP interior

With winds up to 133 km / h, the storm that hit São Paulo, Friday afternoon (3), left at least 48 cities without internet and telephone, according to the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) .

The problem was identified in Botucatu, according to Anatel.

In the area of ​​Itapetininga, Sorocaba, Bauru and São José do Rio Preto (SP), problems have been identified in the services of 24 municipalities.

According to Anatel, customers are experiencing instability in mobile internet and cell phone calls, because there is no power that affects the antennas.

Some residents were also left without internet at home due to downed power lines from fallen trees.
