In the area of Itapetininga, Sorocaba, Bauru and São José do Rio Preto (SP), problems have been identified in the services of 24 municipalities.
According to Anatel, customers are experiencing instability in mobile internet and cell phone calls, because there is no power that affects the antennas.
Some residents were also left without internet at home due to downed power lines from fallen trees.
